So if wholesome delights and yummy desserts tickle your fancy — keep reading:

1. Buckeyes

Peanut butter dipped in chocolate — what’s not to love about buckeyes?! These decadent and irresistibly sweet little balls of heaven taste like peanut butter cups with a major emphasis on the peanut butter.

Not too sweet, really creamy, and oh-so-satisfying! And the best part? They are super easy to make! All you have to do is make the peanut butter balls, dip them in melted chocolate and refrigerate them until ready to serve.

FYI: “Buckeyes” get their name from the nut that grows on the Ohio buckeye tree. The more you know!

2. BOOP Cookies

If you ask us, it’s time to free the cookies from the jar and unleash the cookie monster inside all of us — BOOP cookies are delectable little bites that won’t leave you in a sugar coma after eating just one. Instead, each BOOP will fuel your body with good-for-you ingredients like protein-rich chia seeds and fibrous oats to keep you going from sun up to sun down.

3. Frozen Banana Pops

The words “dessert” and “healthy” don’t always go hand-in-hand, but that doesn’t mean sweet treats can’t be good for you! When your sweet tooth strikes and you want something healthy, look no further and make some frozen banana pops. Simply dip bananas in yogurt (or chocolate, we aren’t judging), roll ‘em in crunchy cereal, nuts, or BOOP cookie crumbles, then freeze. Ta-da!

4. Candied Pecans

Salty and sweet, these itty-bitty pecan morsels are the perfect little snack. You can eat them as is, sprinkle them over salads, or even serve them to guests on a yummy charcuterie board. To make a batch, simply toss some pecans with a little coconut oil, cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Bake them in the oven until the nuts are evenly browned, and voila — you’re good to snack!

5. S’mores

Few things evoke instant summer nostalgia like a slightly burnt marshmallow on the end of a whittled stick that’s perfectly perched above a crackling blaze. S’mores made by campfire are seriously scrumptious — hence why it’s nearly impossible to enjoy just one — but you don’t need to go camping to make them.

With a little creativity and a hankering for melted marshmallows smashed between two graham crackers, you can make s’mores from the comfort of your very own kitchen (no bug spray required). Here’s a quick recipe:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Split graham crackers into halves and place half of them on a baking sheet.
  • Top each graham cracker half with a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow.
  • Bake until the marshmallows puff up (three to five minutes).
  • Top with the remaining graham cracker halves and press to flatten.

Hot Tip: If you like your marshmallows extra toasty, use the broiler following the same steps. Watch them closely, though, because they can burn quickly!

6. Cake Pops

Better than brownies, cuter than cupcakes, and prettier than pie, cake pops are one of the most adorable sweets you’ll ever hold — and probably one of the most delicious desserts you’ll ever enjoy! Covered in colorful icing and bedazzled with sprinkles, these bite-sized sweet treats are an absolute delight. Here’s how to make the best, most fun-tastic cake pops that’ll surely hit the spot:

  • Use your preferred flavor of cake mix to whip up a quick cake.
  • Allow the cake to cool, then crumble it into a large bowl.
  • Add a few spoonfuls of your favorite frosting and use your hands to combine. If the dough is too crumbly, stir in a little more frosting.
  • Scoop out the mixture with a medium cookie scoop and roll it into a ball. Repeat until you’ve used all of the mixture.
  • Melt some chocolate in a separate bowl.
  • Push a lollipop stick into each ball before gently dipping them into the melted chocolate.
  • Decorate with sprinkles, if desired.

Hot Tip: Want to give your cake pops a hint of sweet cranberry? Crumble up a BOOP Cookie or two into your mixture before rolling it into balls.

7. BOOPified Overnight Oats

We know what you’re thinking, “overnight oats? That’s not a sweet treat!” but hear us out — what if you added a little pizzazz to your oats and sweetened them up with a bit of honey or maple syrup? You could even crumble up a yummy BOOP cookie and toss that in there for drool-worthy mouthfuls of heavenly goodness. Sure, oatmeal might sound boring, but your overnight oats certainly won’t be if you BOOPify them!

Hot Tip: If you like your oats thick, hearty and chewy, make this sweet treat with steel cut oats. Prefer a smoother, silkier texture? Opt for rolled oats.

8. Dessert Quesadilla

You read that right! To make your very own dessert quesadilla, grab two tortillas (or one, which you’ll fold in half if you’d like a smaller portion), and fill it with — well, anything your sweet tooth desires. From strawberries with nutella to marshmallow fluff and chocolate chips to bananas and peanut butter, the options are pretty much endless. Bonus points if you sprinkle in a crumbled up BOOP cookie, too!

SImply place your tortilla(s) into a non-stick pan, get both sides toasty, and let the filling soften up. Once your dessert quesadilla reaches the perfect golden-brown goodness, enjoy!

9. Apple Nachos

This sweet tooth-approved twist on the fan-favorite appetizer is not only easy to make, but also nutritious. To make apple nachos, slice up an apple or two into thin, flat slices. Top with a drizzle of honey, a drizzle of melted peanut butter or your nut butter of choice, and sprinkle on a few toppings. You can reach for some chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, granola, cacao nibs — you name it!

You can even add some pomegranate seeds and goji berries for an extra boost of nutrients, and a crumbled up BOOP cookie makes for a tasty addition, too.

10. Pan-Fried Banana Slices

This sweet treat is just as simple as it is delicious. Start by slicing up a banana (or two), making sure to keep the slices around half an inch thick. Grab a non-stick pan, and add some honey, cinnamon, and coconut oil. Let everything melt together over low to medium heat, then carefully place each banana slice into the pan.

Coat both sides of each slice evenly, making sure to let each side turn beautifully golden and caramelized before flipping. Once both sides are finished, plate them and let them cool just a tad before enjoying — nothing tastes quite as good with a burned mouth!

Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop

And there you have it — our favorite sweet treats that you won’t want just one of! From peanut butter covered and smothered in chocolate to wholesome oatmeal and cran cookies, the yummy bites listed above are sure to make your heart sing and sweet tooth smile.

We know sweet treats may have a bad rep, but when wholesome ingredients are used, like the ones found in our soft-baked BOOP cookies, you can indulge without the guilt. So go ahead and live a little — eat one, two, or three. After all, no moment is too small for a BOOP!
