Here at BOOP Bakery, our goal is to pack and ship orders within 48 hour of customers completing the checkout process. We always aim to keep our processing time minimal, but if there's any delay or if shipping times change, we'll let you know via email. 

We’ll also let you know when your order ships, and you’ll receive a tracking number so you know when your BOOPs will be arriving!

Once your order is placed, we’ll give you an estimated delivery time as well as a tracking number so you can prepare to get your BOOP on.

Can’t keep up with all the BOOPs? Email hello@boopbakery.co during business days and let us know that you would like to cancel your subscription. Our BOOP-tastic customer service team will get right on it!

Boxes of BOOPs are shipped with lots of TLC via USPS. We love our local post people. ;-)

If you notice an error in your order’s shipping or billing address, please email hello@boopbakery.co and provide your order confirmation with the correct address information. If the order has already been shipped out, sadly we can’t change the shipping address.

BOOP Bakery has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by BOOP Baker to be defective, then you shall receive your refund of the purchase price to the credit card on file. Please note minor damage to the packaging is not considered "defective."

All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the BOOP Bakery cookies within 21 business days of our receipt of your returned cookies or approval of your refund.


Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
